THE R.A.D. PACKAGE

The RAD package delivers clear, concise, and competent architectural drawings to construct the residential, commercial, or industrial space of your needs. Each set includes detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, details, as well as thorough specification schedules for windows, doors and hardware. Basic consultation services are available in addition to the Milo package, through which we deliver custom configurations of our architectural packages. Upgraded services include but are not limited to help determining interior finishes, selecting fixtures, developing a lighting plan or other custom architectural alterations. 

Our team strives to minimize our impact on the environment by practicing adaptive reuse architectural principles through our experience with shipping containers. In developing these various construction document packages we have created plans to minimize construction costs and streamline the design process.
